100 Days Replacement
- 100 days replacement offer applicable for new purchases for the first 100 days from purchase or activation date.
- TECNO comes with STANDARD 111 Promise of 100 days for customers, activation of 111 membership card not required for 100 days replacement offer.
- Product defect should be reported at Authorized Service Centre within 100 days of purchase or activation date.
- Product should comply to Warranty Conditions.
- Replacement handset shall be a new handset or repaired handset of the same model.
- Replacement handset shall be of the same model and same colour.
- Replacement handset with available colour shall be promised if same colour handset is not available.
- Replacement handset with similar specifications shall be promised if same model of handset is not available, or else customer may need to wait for the same model and same colour.
- Replacement handset shall be handed over to customer at the service centre only.
- In case of the replacement handset being found defective, the defective handset shall be replaced with the new handset.
- In case of 100 days defect, only replacement handset is permissible, no cash back is allowed.
- Customer can request for repair within 100 days if repair time/days is more for him. In addition, handset shall still be valid for replacement within 100 days from activation.
1 Time Screen Replacement
- Product should comply to Warranty Conditions (other than screen damage).
- Original Invoice is mandatory for free screen replacement.
- 111 Club membership must be activated in HIOS/TECNO website within 72 hrs of handset purchase. (Please note: Company server shall check the activation time of handset purchase for 72 hours calculation.)
- 111 Promise shall not be applicable in case of unauthorized repair, tampering, liquid damage, rough usage.
- Out of warranty repair charges and cost of parts other than screen has to be borne by customer.
- Warranty of product shall continue for remaining warranty period after broken screen replacement.
